Artist News from Pete Mutschler
River Arts Alliance member Pete Mutschler’s “La Crosse Reflection” was selected as the Photograph to hang in the La Crosse City Hall for the next year as a part of the 2024 Inspired by La Crosse Art Competition. You can find more information on the competition and see the winners here.
Pete also placed 3rd in the 2024 Med City Art Festival Art Competition in Rochester, MN this past week. His piece, “Feeding Hum” will be at the Gallery 24 until October 9 and then at 125Live until November 6. More information on this competition can be found here.
Pete also has a permanent exhibition of photographs now hanging at Wiscocktail in Baraboo, Wisconsin. The cocktail bar is located in Baraboo’s historical district at 132 3rd Street. The black and white images show classic drinking establishments around Wisconsin. The collection can also be viewed here.
