River Arts Alliance (RAA) has announced it will coordinate music and arts activities in partnership with organizers of the Mid West Music Fest. As part of the Music Fest Celebration, participating RAA members will showcase their visual art during the entire month of May at the Engage Winona space located at 119 E 3rd St in Winona.

A special members’ visual art exhibit reception of selected works will be on display at Engage Winona from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday May 10 during Music Fest. Other arts activities sponsored by RAA will also be taking place in the Engage Winona space that day, including live music and an Ekphrasis workshop—teaching participants the art of pairing a visual work of art with poetry to create a unique artistic expression through the combined mediums.

You can catch the Members’ Visual Art Exhibit throughout the month of May during normal business hours at Engage Winona, including during scheduled evening events and workshops.
