The Winona Arts Center is pleased to present the Mississippi Hot Club in concert on October 28, 2023 at 7 pm. 

Mississippi Hot Club is inspiring a new generation of young swingers in Minnesota. With reverence and chops, Mississippi Hot Club’s new album, Swing Cities, shines light on the bold music of Django Reinhardt from a fresh pop-oriented perspective.

Swing Cities masterfully captures Mississippi Hot Club’s spunky performances, featuring an upbeat approach to jazz manouche, hot club jazz, and gypsy jazz. Swing Cities captivates with its high caliber swing and rhythms that run from cool to fiery. You will not be able to keep your toes from tapping…

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door and are available at Hardt’s Music until 4 pm on October 27, and through Eventbrite. 

The coffeehouse and gallery will open at 6 pm with music starting at 7 pm.

Events at the Winona Arts Center are made possible through a grant from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
