Bell House Band returns to Cafe Congo for a concert benefiting the Winona Food Shelf on April 4. The Bell House Band plays Americana, folk, and original music on guitar, bass and mandolin. Band members are Connie Dretske, Bob Stuber and Jim Armstrong.
