Minnesota Home: an Exhibit by Caroline Garman

Local artist, Caroline Garman, weaves the elements of her beautiful watercolor paintings throughout the Winona Public Library’s Bell Art Room during the month of July. Garman will give a talk on her work on Thursday, July 18th at 6pm in the Bell Art Room.
