The Winona Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Erik Rohde, and the Winona State University Concert Choir, under the direction of Colleen Chester, will join forces for a compelling evening of choral and orchestral music on Saturday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at Wesley United Methodist Church.

The concert will feature works by Robert Fuchs, Arnold Schoenberg, and Marianna von Martines, including Martines’ stirring Dixit Dominus. Bringing together the power of symphony orchestra and concert choir, the program promises a dynamic exploration of expressive and rarely heard repertoire.

This collaborative performance highlights the artistry of two distinguished Winona ensembles and offers audiences an opportunity to experience an engaging program of masterworks in a beautiful setting.
